The Care our puppies receive
Our puppies are all born in our bedroom. Once they reach 3-4 weeks of age they graduate to the puppy nursery in our home. They are raised by our family and handled daily from birth on. Our puppies are raised with puppy culture. as well.
All of our puppies tails are left natural and dew claws intact. Most people do not realize that a dog's tail is actually an extension of their spine, and their dew claws are important for providing support for their legs as they lean into turns while running. We came to this decision after much research and asking our vet's opinion. I refuse to compromise the health of our puppies for cosmetic reasons.
We start training our puppies to potty pads when they are just 3-4 weeks old. They catch on very quickly and learn the acceptable place to go, and where not to. Our puppies are all examined by our veterinarian and receive both a health certificate and micro-chip before leaving for their new homes. They are bathed and groomed regularly, and usually have playtime outside on a daily basis.
